The hotel is exclusively accessible via cable car transportation. You can reach Ba Na Hills by taxi or shuttle bus from Danang city center.

Cable Car Tickets:
As a guest of Mercure Danang, you are entitled to discounted cable car tickets. You can purchase them at the downhill Front Desk located at Thac Toc Tien Station. You can also contact the hotel to purchase cable car tickets before arriving or choose directly in the Cart when booking rooms on the hotel’s website

Ticket Prices:
Adults and Children over 1.4m tall: 630,000 VND
Children 1m – 1.4m tall: 525,000 VND
Children under 1m tall: Complimentary

Operation Hours
The cable car operates from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily. Please ensure you arrive at the Reception before 4:30 pm to catch the last cable car.

Hilltop Front Desk: Open 24 hours for your convenience.
