For one special evening above the clouds, L’Étable Restaurant at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills presents A Six-Hands Symphony Above the Clouds: Échos de France, an exclusive culinary experience bringing together three chefs for a refined multi-course dinner.

Set in the heart of Ba Na Hills, L’Étable is a destination for fine French and Mediterranean dining, where classic European influences meet carefully selected local and regional ingredients. For this one-night event, contemporary French culinary techniques are reinterpreted through the flavours of Vietnam and Central Vietnam, creating a dining journey inspired by the character of Ba Na Hills.

The evening begins with a 30-minute cocktail reception, accompanied by signature canapés created by the participating chefs. Guests will then be seated for the Six Hands Dinner, with courses featuring ingredients such as Wagyu A4, bluefin tuna, caviar, blue crab, Cham Island red lobster, foie gras and Dong Nai chocolate. Selected courses are complemented by carefully curated Maison Castel wine pairings.

Throughout the evening, guests can discover the inspiration behind each creation, while a live cooking showcase brings them closer to the chefs and their creative process. With seating limited to only 40 guests, the experience is designed as an intimate gastronomic journey from France to Ba Na Hills.
